Orchard’s Final New-Home Opportunities
The fourth and final neighborhood of Orchard Hills will feature 520 single-family homes, two parks, a community pool and amenities across 257 acres. On average, home sizes will be 3,000 to 4,000 square feet.
The neighborhood marks the completion of decades of planning at Orchard Hills. The village was approved as part of the overall Irvine Master Plan in the early 2000s and incorporates much of what makes Irvine among America’s most desirable cities: beautiful homes close to parks, schools, open space, shopping and dining.
Final landscape plans and subdivision maps are on file at the city. Construction is expected to begin in late 2021 with the first new homes available in 2024. Read a summary of the neighborhood from the city.
