Construction activities on Woodbury, Planning Area 9A, began in early August 2003, and grading activities to prepare the site for the installation of infrastructure is occurring. Major grading activities on Planning Area 8A, the new enclave of Northwood, are complete, and builders have begun grading and construction of their model homes, which began opening the beginning of 2004. The Jeffrey Open Space Trail is also currently under construction along Jeffrey Blvd. between Irvine Blvd. and Trabuco Road. In addition, the new community in Planning Area 6 has been named "Portola Springs." More details are located in the Construction Update section of the web site.
