This section of the Web site is designed to keep you informed of the activities taking place in Woodbury, Planning Area 9A, and will be updated regularly.  There are currently 9 neighborhoods with models now open. 

The map below highlights areas where equipment is located and where work is underway.

1. Offsite street improvements on Sand Canyon Ave. have been completed.
2. The existing flood control retention basin is located on the corner of Trabuco Rd. and Jeffrey Rd.
3. The Jeffrey Open Space Trail between Irvine Blvd. and Trabuco Rd. is open to the public.   
4. The new Woodbury Town Center is currently open with Home Depot, Staples, Walgreens, Starbucks and Panera Bread to name a few.  The center will eventually include approximately 50 shops, restaurants and businesses.   
5. The  30-acre recreation center (The Club) is open for the exclusive use of Woodbury residents and their guests.  The 10-acre Woodbury Community Park, operated by the city of Irvine, is also open.  The new Woodbury Elementary School is now open.
