Woodbury will be a special place - a village with a sense of small town intimacy within a larger, vibrant community - that offers a wide variety of neighborhoods, homes and activities. Each neighborhood within Woodbury will form smaller "districts" that will have its own distinct architectural style. These neighborhoods will center around a park known as a "Square," which will be further defined by complimentary landscaping and will become the identity for each district. When the village is complete there will be eight neighborhood Squares with the first four opening in Phase One.

Seven of Southern California's finest builders and architects have been selected for each of the various neighborhoods. These builders were chosen for their understanding of and commitment to the most exacting standards of home design, as well as for their appreciation of the many distinctive architectural styles for each neighborhood within the four Squares.

The neighborhoods of Peppertree Square will include cottage style architecture with homes by Standard Pacific Homes and Lennar Homes. Olive Grove Square will include Provence and Tuscan style architecture with homes by John Laing Homes. Cypress Square will include Provence and Tuscan style architecture with homes by California Pacific Homes. Magnolia Square will include formal Italian and formal French style architecture with homes by Brookfield Homes, California Pacific Homes, John Laing Homes, Lyon Homes and Pulte Homes.
